The NHL has announced that it will be adding a new, permanent outdoor decorating feature to the upcoming Hallowens parade on Saturday, April 26.
The new feature will be available to all spectators at all times, allowing fans to capture a few seconds of the spectacular show with their phone or camera.
“We know that it’s something that many fans have been asking for,” NHL Vice President of Marketing and Communications Chris Filippi said in a statement.
“Our goal is to bring this new feature to you all and bring you the thrill of seeing the magic of the NHL in your own backyard.”
Fans can also take advantage of the new feature by taking their own photos of the outdoor decorations.
“The new feature allows us to bring some of the best imagery from our outdoor season to our fans through photos and video,” Filippis said.
“We hope that you will be able to capture your moment of joy at our outdoor parade and share it with the world.”
The new outdoor decor feature is available for fans to download from the NHL app.
As you can see, the outdoor decor includes a variety of decorations for the Hallows, including a new snow globe that is expected to make it’s debut on Friday night.
Additionally, the team has also released a short clip of the Hall of Fame game from this year’s outdoor season.
The outdoor decorations will also be available at the following locations: The Pepsi Center, The Joe Louis Arena, Winnipeg Jets’ training complex, Minnesota Wild’ practice facility, Bridgestone Arena, New Jersey Devils’ practice complex, and Columbus Blue Jackets’ training facility.
